Session 3 I will teach you how to distance yourself from irritation.
Session 4 we will work with insulating you from any discomfort.
Session 5 a soothing, comforting session.
Session 6 is looking at support and protection.
Session 7 will be freeing you from worries and concerns.
Session 8 is finding a comfortable place.
